Andrew Hoon
After retiring as Chief Executive of a major Defence Agency, Andrew became Business Director of a Trade Federation in the construction industry. Currently he acts for a number of businesses and institutions across disparate sectors in both executive and advisory roles.
He has been advising on career development for more than 10 years, but has recently launched CareerFit, a career development service based on the philosophy that everyone should have a plan for their career, which relies on understanding, analysis, skills and self discipline to make it happen. This service is in the process of integration with the offerings of both Matchsticks and The CV Clinic.
He graduated as a construction engineer, and is qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a Member of the Institute of Directors, and a Member of the Institution of Royal Engineers. He sounds boring, but he’s not!
