Behavourial profile and 45 minute telephone feedback session with career coach
A series of 2 two hour face to face sessions with your career coach
An interview-generating CV highlighting the best of your skills and experience, focused towards your target job / market
Creation and production of a portfolio of individually designed letter templates (supplied on email/disk) targeting appropriate job search channels (Advert Response, Broadcast Headhunter/ Recruiter and Speculative letters)
A further telephone consultation (up to 60 minutes) to develop and discuss your Marketing Action Plan, including advice on targeting headhunters/recruiters and how they work; how to approach employers directly; and developing your networking skills – among many other issues
Unlimited support by email from your dedicated career coach for up to three months – your own career expert on hand to advise and motivate you every step of the way – covering everything from tips on networking to advice on evaluating and negotiating job offers
A trio of personal marketing booklets packed with practical advice, examples and tips on accessing the unadvertised jobs market, making effective applications and interview skills
